FASA is a multi-donor fund-of-funds managed by Investisseurs & Partenaires that provides subordinated catalytic capital (typically $2M–$10M) and capacity-building support to investment funds which then invest in agricultural SMEs across Africa. FASA does not invest directly in SMEs and is expected to begin making investments in the first half of 2025.
