Operating under the Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy, it is responsible for implementing the National IT Policy, fostering digital literacy, and supporting the Nigerian startup ecosystem through programs like iHatch and the National Centre for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (NCAIR).
