The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Authority is a State Corporation under the Ministry of Information, Communications and The Digital Economy in Kenya. It is responsible for rationalizing and streamlining the management of all Government of Kenya ICT functions, including the development of ICT standards, infrastructure, and the promotion of local ICT innovation through the Whitebox initiative.
