Fond-ICO Global is Spain's first public venture capital fund of funds, managed by AXIS (the venture capital arm of the Instituto de Crédito Oficial). It is designed to promote the creation of privately managed venture capital funds that invest in Spanish companies at various stages of development, from seed to growth, to strengthen the Spanish startup and private equity ecosystem.
