Matthew is Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the firm’s operations, finance, and compliance. Prior to joining Warwick in 2010, Matthew was Head of Treasury at James Caird Asset Management, Peloton Partners and CQS Management.

Naheed works within the firm’s Operations team. Prior to joining Warwick in 2026, Naheed worked in CLO Operations at Investcorp and spent eight years within the CLO Operations and Alternative Credit team at ICG.

James is an investment professional focused primarily on European special situations. Prior to joining Warwick in 2022, James was an associate at The SCP Group where he worked on European Private Equity opportunities.

George works within the firm's Operations team. Prior to joining Warwick in 2025, George started his career in the Insurance Solutions team at Mercer, later joining the Operations team at Slater Investments.

James is Head of Operations and responsible for the firm’s portfolio operations. Prior to joining Warwick in 2010, James worked in sales trading at Cantor Fitzgerald and as an operations manager at Polygon Investment Partners.

Kevin focuses on Business Services and Industrials for Warwick's performing credit platform. Prior to joining Warwick in 2023, he was a Senior Analyst at Investcorp supporting US CLO and loan funds.

Alvaro is an investment professional focused primarily on European special situations. Prior to joining Warwick in 2016, Alvaro worked within the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey and started his career at Barclays in 2012.
