Chad Wick has been a CEO and president emeritus of commercial banks, large non-profit organizations, and a national foundation for the past 35 years.

Cliff began his 25 year career in business as a consultant for Development Specialists, a financial consulting firm, in Chicago and then transitioned into owning and operating various businesses.

Brian’s responsibilities include existing portfolio companies, deal flow, and overall Maywic management.

Zach coordinates Maywic’s back-office finance and accounting and is the in-house liaison between Maywic and outside professional services firms including our legal, accounting, and banking partners.

Vanessa is the Executive Assistant to Fred and is responsible for office management.
