Doug started out as a Mechanical Engineer in the Energy industry. The first 20 years of his career he spent working in many different parts of the world. In 2003, Doug and his team led the MBO of PSL Energy services.

Michael is a graduate of Aberdeen University and a Chartered Accountant. He has worked in the Energy industry for over 25 years, living and working in many different parts of the world.

After getting her degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, Fiona worked in the power generation sector and after that moved into Oil and Gas and developed expertise working in the technical software and IT arena.

Having worked as a mechanical engineer on some of the largest offshore wind installation campaigns in Europe for the last five years, he is well equipped to understand the unique demands of the industry.
