Bobby is a Founder and Managing Partner of Blueprint Equity. Prior to founding Blueprint, Bobby was a Partner with Revolution Ventures.

Mahad joined Blueprint in 2025 and is responsible for finance and compliance. Prior to Blueprint, Mahad worked in finance at Andreessen Horowitz and Vista Equity Partners.

Francis joined Blueprint in 2018 and is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments. Prior to Blueprint, Francis was Head of Partnerships at TrackMaven.

Michael joined Blueprint in 2020 and is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments. Prior to Blueprint, Michael was a Senior Associate within the M&A advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

John joined Blueprint in 2022 and is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments. Prior to joining Blueprint, John was a Vice President at Beringea.

Ben joined Blueprint in 2024 and leads commercial optimization and value creation across Blueprint’s portfolio. Prior to Blueprint, Ben worked as a revenue growth consultant.

Duncan joined Blueprint in 2022 and is responsible for sourcing operations and supporting portfolio companies. Prior to Blueprint, Duncan was Director of Sales Operations at DealMaker.

Jacob joined Blueprint in 2020 and is responsible for sourcing new investments and due diligence. Prior to Blueprint, Jacob was an Associate with University Growth Fund.

Connor joined Blueprint in 2022 and is responsible for sourcing and executing new investments. Prior to joining Blueprint, Connor was a Senior Financial Analyst at CoverMyMeds.

Ina joined Blueprint in 2023 and is responsible for sourcing new investments and due diligence. Prior to Blueprint, Ina worked for TalentWell Partners, an HR tech investment firm.
