Director since May 2004. Held role of Chair from September 2020 to May 2024. Former CEO and President of W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd. and former CEO of Bank of Bermuda Limited.

Joined Board in April 2021. Formerly with Allianz SE for 33 years. Member of Allianz Board of Management (2015-2020). CEO of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE (2006-2014).

Director since July 2018. Former Chair, President and CEO of Ally Bank (2012-2015). Chief Financial Officer of Credit Suisse First Boston (2002-2004). Worked at Citigroup (1987-2002).

Appointed director in March 2019. Retired from The Hartford Financial Services Group where she held senior positions including CFO and Chief Risk Officer (1983-2011).
