Ben is a Partner at Avenir. He joined the Investment Team in 2018. Before joining Avenir, Ben worked at Bain Capital in New York and Boston.

Jared is a Partner at Avenir. He joined the Investment Team in 2023. Before joining Avenir, Jared worked at Steadview Capital and Coatue Management.

Paul joined the Investment Team at Avenir in 2019. He serves on the Board of Directors for Xepelin. Paul also serves as a board observer for Flutterwave and Ziina.

Theresa joined the Investment Team at Avenir in 2019. She leads sourcing efforts across all verticals. Before joining Avenir, she worked at Vitruvian Partners and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London.

David joined the Investment Team at Avenir in 2022. Before joining Avenir, David worked at Susquehanna Growth Equity with a focus on B2B software.

Hannah joined the Investment Team at Avenir in 2024. Before joining Avenir, Hannah worked at Steadview Capital, Centana Growth Partners, and J.P. Morgan.

Cindy joined the Investment Team at Avenir in 2024. Before joining Avenir, Cindy worked at Dragoneer Investment Group and Vista Equity Partners.

Chiraz joined the Investment Team at Avenir in 2025. Before joining Avenir, Chiraz worked for French President Emmanuel Macron and at Moelis & Company.

Sophie joined the Investment Team at Avenir in 2025. Before joining Avenir, Sophie worked at Insight Partners with a focus on B2B software and consumer.

Kim joined Avenir as Head of Investor Relations in 2024. Prior to Avenir, she held investor relations roles at Stripes and Apollo after beginning her career at Goldman Sachs in Interest Rate Sales.
