TechConnect Talent Direction Kick-Off

TechConnect is launching a new Talent Direction designed to connect the people who build technology companies with the professionals who want to build their careers within them.
The Talent direction will focus on two connected areas:
- People & Company Growth — helping founders and managers build stronger teams through people management, hiring, leadership, employee development, and knowledge exchange.
- Career & Talent Growth — helping professionals navigate the Dutch technology market, develop their careers, build relevant networks, and connect with companies and opportunities.
During the kickoff, we will also introduce our plans for future initiatives, including People Management Circles, career workshops, company–talent matchmaking, knowledge-sharing sessions, and a potential career fair focused on highly skilled international professionals.
