Road to NODES is a series of free, two-hour, live workshops that walk you through building real graph-powered systems step by step. Sessions include: Oct 1 — Build knowledge graphs from unstructured documents and structured data, then power similarity search with embeddings and Neo4j vector indexes. Oct 8 — Tackle hallucinations at the structural level with GraphRAG retrieval, semantic tool selection, multi-agent swarms, and agent steering. Oct 15 — Build a lightweight knowledge layer over your documents and SQL data using tables of contents, themes, and a semantic connections layer. Oct 22 — Query Snowflake, Databricks, or Google BigQuery directly with Cypher using Neo4j Virtual Graph, no data movement required. Oct 29 — Build a full graph-based agent memory stack with hierarchical context graphs and dynamic playbooks. Nov 5 — Build a memory layer with the Neo4j Agent Memory Service, combining short-term conversation history, long-term entities, and reasoning traces in one graph. Each session runs live at multiple times to fit different time zones, so pick the slot and topics that work for you.

Developer's Gym: Coding Dojo

HackerspaceSG @ Textile Centre, Singapore · Junior Developers Singapore
In person

Dates: 22 August 2026 - LeetCode 5 September 2026 - Coding Dojo 19 September 2026 - LeetCode 3 October 2026 - Coding Dojo 17 October 2026 - LeetCode 31 October 2026 - Coding Dojo Timing: 2pm onwards Venue: HackerspaceSG Address: Textile Centre, #08-10, Singapore 199018 We'll be hanging out to practice some social coding - either as LeetCode Practice or as a Coding Dojo. \#\# No food provided \#\# Bring your laptop \#\# # We will be doing the Coding Dojo this week. Do you know what a Coding Dojo is? \> A Coding Dojo is a meeting where a bunch of coders get together to work on a programming challenge\. They are there to have fun and to engage in Deliberate Practice in order to improve their skills\. The focus of the Coding Dojo would be to help you improve your skills in the language you are working on (or ramping up on). We also hope that pair-programming with more experienced devs will help you level up. Format wise, the team will be given a Code Kata (a coding puzzle) where they have to solve by writing code. And through pair-programming, they will learn about writing test (TDD) and using advanced coding techniques from the more experienced devs in your group. ====================== What is a Code Kata? A kata is an exercise in karate where you repeat a form many, many times, making little improvements in each. You need to try it as many times as it takes, and be comfortable making mistakes. You need to look for feedback each time so you can work to improve. Remember that the point of the kata is not arriving at a correct answer. The point is the stuff you learn along the way. The goal is the practice, not the solution. # About JuniorDev SG: JuniorDevSG is a developer interest group that focuses on providing a place for junior developers to learn and network with each other. At the same time, we seek to be a support system to help junior developers break into tech, navigate their careers as well growing them to one day become senior developers or
