Product+ Montreal is back - and we're kicking off the new season at Vention HQ.
Shipping Physical AI: PM Lessons from the Factory Floor
Most product playbooks assume you can ship on Friday and roll back on Monday. That assumption falls apart the moment your product has a motor attached to it. This session is about what product management actually looks like when the thing you're shipping moves, lifts, and occasionally drops something.
Topics covered:
Roadmaps when everything is coupled to everything
The gap between "works in UAT" and "works on the floor"
Robot demo videos vs. reality
How to plan for AI capability you can't yet describe
