As AI systems evolve from assistants to autonomous agents, the focus shifts from what the model says to what the system actually does. This talk introduces the Agent Governance Toolkit (AGT), a framework for bringing deterministic, runtime governance to agentic systems. We’ll explore why prompt-based safety is not sufficient for production scenarios, walk through the OWASP Agentic Top 10 risks, and look at how policies, identity, sandboxing, and observability can be applied to mitigate these risks in real-world architectures.
