About this event

To support the Government’s initiative to develop artificial intelligence (AI) as a core industry and to enable traditional sectors to upgrade and transform through AI adoption, the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) is organising the 2026 seminar series “AI Empowerment: Enhancing Industry Capabilities.”
The seminar titled “Predictive Analytics in Construction: Enhancing Safety and Efficiency” will bring together leading business leaders, industry experts, and technology innovators to explore how AI technology is transforming the construction industry.

We aim to foster collaboration and the exchange of ideas, promote best practices, explore practical collaboration and deployment models, and identify opportunities for advancing predictive analytics to enhance construction safety and efficiency in Hong Kong. The seminar will also support the industry’s evolution in alignment with government initiatives on smart city, helping unlock safer, smarter, and more resilient construction practices.
