Some believe entry-level jobs will be replaced by AI. Others predict that all programmers will become obsolete. At the same time, many argue that our role will remain just as important, if not more so, as we focus on problem-solving, creativity, and system design, while AI takes over more of the repetitive aspects of coding. Tonight, we will explore what it means to be a programmer in the AI era. How will we continue to grow and evolve in our careers? How will the way we code change? To help answer these questions, we will hear from two speakers: one at the beginning of their career and one with multiple years of experience in the trade.
