Not a talk. Not a panel. Conversations.
Join us for an evening of rotating small-group conversations about life and work before AI, what's changing now, and what remains ours to shape.
You'll sit around a table with a few other participants, explore questions about how AI is changing our working lives, then move between groups to hear different perspectives. No presentations or technical expertise needed — just your own experiences, curiosity, and a willingness to listen.
Since early 2023, AI has moved from headlines into our daily work. It's shaped who gets hired, which workflows get automated, and what a good day at work even looks like.
Pause with people beyond your usual circle. Hear what’s changing for them, get clearer about what matters to you, and reflect on what’s still yours to shape.
How the evening works
7:00 | Arrive, eat and meet
Bring your own dinner if you'd like. Settle in and get to know the people in the room.
7:30 | Small-group conversations
Explore questions about AI and our working lives in small groups, then switch tables to hear new perspectives.
9:00 | Bring the ideas together
Share what stood out across the conversations and reflect on what we want to carry forward.
9:30 | Wrap up and stay for chats.
An opportunity to continue the conversations informally.
This is for you if you:
You enjoy exchanging ideas in small groups, or want a more thoughtful alternative to talks and conventional networking.
Have felt the ground move at work since AI arrived, and haven't had the space to talk about it
Are curious about AI but tired of conversations that are only about tools and productivity
Want to hear how people in other roles and industries are experiencing the same shift
Are technical or non-technical (both perspectives make the conversation better)
What you'll leave with
A clearer picture of what you value in your work, and what you want to protect
Fresh perspectives from people outside your usual circle
