One Hour, One Skill #1: Stop Asking "Would You Use This?"

19:30 · Asia / KolkataOnline, Singapore

Everyone says yes. Then nobody buys. You ask people if they'd use your product. They say yes, because they're being polite. You build it. Nobody comes. This session fixes the questions. WHAT HAPPENS You'll write five user interview questions on your own. Then we'll look at what almost everyone writes, and why those questions get you a polite answer instead of the truth. Then you'll rewrite them. You'll also watch a real interview, live, so you can see the difference rather than just hear about it. FORMAT Sixty minutes. You do the work. This is not a talk. Nobody presents, nobody gets critiqued, and your notes stay yours. WHO IT'S FOR Founders, product managers, designers, and anyone who has to find out what customers actually need. No experience needed. Bring your own product if you have one, or use our example. FACILITATOR A B Reddy, Startup Agile Founder, Human-First AI Evangelist, Human-Centered Design Thinker. WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH Five questions you can use in your next conversation, and one rule you'll still be using in a year. ABOUT THE SERIES One Hour, One Skill runs monthly. One practical skill each time, sixty minutes, always free. Next month, #2: Your Idea Is Too Big to Test. Bring a pen. Paper is better than a laptop for this one. A pen and paper. Optionally, a product or idea you're working on. PRACTICAL Online, on Zoom. Conducted in English. You'll be writing for yourself, so don't worry about how it's phrased. Not recorded. WHAT TO BRING Bring a pen. Paper is better than a laptop for this one. Optionally, a product or idea you're working on.
