Off-Script: The Careers You Can't Copy

About this event

✨ You did the work. Someone with a tidier résumé got called leadership material.
If your path has crossed industries, functions or countries, you know the tax: every hiring manager wants the story explained, every promotion conversation starts from the beginning, and the range that makes you good at the job is the part you keep justifying.
We've invited women whose careers look unconventional on paper — and make complete sense the moment you hear the decisions behind them. Diplomacy into revenue, sales into product, one country into another. That combination is exactly what makes them hard to replace.
💬 What we'll get into
The moment range stopped being questioned and became the reason they got hired
Being overlooked early on, and what actually changed it
How to make an unusual path legible to recruiters, hiring managers and boards
The real decision behind the biggest turn each of them made
For anyone mid-pivot, switching fields, or building here from scratch.
🕕 Agenda
5:30 Networking · 6:00 Panel + audience Q&A · 7:10 Networking
🎟 Free to attend. Space is limited — please RSVP only if you plan to be there.
Speakers:
🎤 Tiffany Gonzalez, Chief Commercial Officer, GraphIQ.ai
🎤 Elena Leonova, Founder of OneRank and Former Chief Product Officer at Spryker
🎤 Nammy Sirur, Founder & CEO, Accent Unmuted

Fridgeside! Love Conquers Fear w/Brett Hurt (founders)

The Red Fridge Society, Austin, United States
In person

Austin tech icon Brett Hurt is coming Fridgeside for a wide ranging discussion on his founder journey and his recent transition to author and AI thought leader. Brett has been building companies 25 years — Coremetrics (acquired by IBM), Bazaarvoice (a billion-dollar IPO), and data.world (acquired by ServiceNow in 2025). But his newest project isn't a company. It's a question: what if we met the age of AI with love instead of fear? That's the heart of his new book, Love Conquers Fear: Humanity, AI, and the Age of Abundance for All — a blend of hard-earned technical perspective, spiritual curiosity, and optimism about where all of this is headed. Happy hour from 5-5:45, Discussion 5:45-6:45, and more happy hour after.
