Leyr x Lovable Buildathon: Build Your EHR

NOV15
12:00 · Europe / Stockholm

About this event

Ever wished your Electronic Health Record (EHR) worked the way you do?
Build your ideas with Lovable. Rethink EHRs with Leyr.
Join Leyr and Lovable in Stockholm for Build Your EHR - a free, in-person buildathon for clinicians, healthcare professionals, students and curious builders who want to reimagine the electronic health record.
Too many clicks. Rigid workflows. Patient data scattered across systems. Notes that take longer than they should. If you work in healthcare, you probably have a list of things you wish your EHR did differently.

This is your chance to turn those frustrations into something tangible; a prototype shaped around how you actually work.
Whether you want to rethink clinical documentation, create a clearer patient overview, simplify follow-ups or design a workflow that fits your specialty, bring a problem you know firsthand. You don't need to build an entire EHR in an afternoon. Start with the part you wish worked better.
We're hosting the day at SQUARE in Stockholm on Sunday, 15 November, from 12:00–16:00.

We'll kick off with a fireside chat with people who have built EHRs, exploring what inspired them, what they learned and what happens when clinicians help shape the tools they use.
Then it's your turn. With Lovable and guidance from Leyr, you'll go from problem to prototype in one afternoon. Build, test and share ideas with people who understand the realities of healthcare - and help start a conversation between clinicians and EHR builders about what needs to change.
After the buildathon, join us for a virtual Demo Day on Tuesday, 17 November at 17:00. You'll present your prototype and receive feedback on your idea and how it could fit into real clinical workflows.
By the end, you'll walk away with a working prototype, fresh perspectives from fellow clinicians and builders, and a clearer view of what's possible when you design around clinical needs.
Agenda: Build Your EHR
12:00 → Doors open + snacks & mingle
12:15 → Welcome remarks from Leyr
