The 60-Second Intro: Tell us who you are, what you do, and—most importantly—who you need to meet to grow. Be specific.
The Lesson: We spend 10 minutes learning a new way to work smarter, not harder. We share what’s working right now in the real world.
The Help Desk: One member shares a problem they’re facing. The whole room helps solve it. Two heads are better than one; twenty heads are even better.
The Deep Dive: We break into small groups to talk shop and find ways to help each other move the needle.
