About the Forum Robotics Frontiers 2026 is a curated forum connecting leading researchers, robotics companies, founders, students, and investors from the United States and Asia. The forum will explore the latest developments across the robotics stack, including embodied AI, robot foundation models, robotics data, hardware, humanoids, real-world deployment, and machine economy infrastructure. Confirmed and invited participants include Steve Cousins, Executive Director of the Stanford Robotics Center, together with researchers and industry leaders from HKU, PolyU, CUHK, HKUST, OpenMind, Fabric Foundation, and leading robotics model, hardware, and data companies. Designed for a focused audience of 75 - 100 participants, the forum creates a high-signal environment for technical exchange, partnerships, recruiting, and business development. We’re back with another Robots & Beers!🤖🍻 Join us on September 11, 19:30–21:30 for another casual evening bringing together researchers, engineers, founders, students, and anyone curious about robotics, physical AI, computer vision, and the future of intelligent machines in Hong Kong. We’ve been really enjoying watching this community grow through our monthly gatherings, bringing together people from universities, startups, research labs, and industry to share ideas, meet new people, and occasionally go down some very nerdy rabbit holes together. 🌎 Special guests, new ideas This time, we’re excited to welcome special guests from the US, who will be joining us to share a presentation and give us a glimpse into what they’re building. We’ll also have a special talk from a friend working in robotics insurance, which is an increasingly important topic as robots move out of the lab and into the real world. Hong Kong has moved beyond the question of whether crypto should be regulated. The harder question is how banks, securities firms, exchanges, and stablecoin payment providers make different regulatory regimes and control systems work together.
