King Abdullah Financial District Development and Management Company (KAFD DMC) is the Public Investment Fund–owned developer and manager of the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, a 1.6 million square meter mixed-use business and lifestyle district comprising 95 buildings. Established in 2018, KAFD DMC oversees the district's development, operations and sustainability initiatives; the district has achieved LEED Platinum certification.
